The AMD A4-4000 is a dual-core desktop APU for Socket FM2. It runs at 3.0 GHz and reaches up to 3.2 GHz with AMD Turbo Core, with 1MB of L2 cache and a 65 W TDP. The chip combines the processor with AMD Radeon HD 7480D graphics that support DirectX 11, so a basic PC can work without a separate graphics card. It is built on a 32 nm process (Richland) and works with dual-channel DDR3 memory. It fits motherboards with Socket FM2 or FM2+, such as boards with the AMD A55, A58, A68H or A75 chipset.
