Five gas burners including a high-output centre wok burner sit on a brushed low-profile stainless steel cooktop that wipes down in seconds, and the enamel-coated pan supports are lighter to lift and easier to clean than cast iron. Bosch's 1 Hand ignition means one press and turn of the knob lights the burner, and a flame failure safety device cuts the gas on the hob burners and the oven and grill burner.
