Bosch publishes its numbers and they are good: the Series 6 HGP3I8W50S has a 4 kW wok burner in the centre, a 3 kW rapid burner, two standard burners of 1.75 kW each and a 1 kW economy burner, 11.5 kW of cooktop in total, on brushed stainless steel under cast iron grates and a tempered glass lid. One-hand ignition lights each burner and a flame failure device cuts the gas if one goes out. The oven holds 125 litres net, an XXL cavity Bosch markets as 147 litres of space, with five functions including defrost, rotisserie, a 3.1 kW gas grill and circulated gas bottom heat using the fan, all behind a full glass door with removable inner glass. An electronic timer and clock sit on the fascia. The spit, wire grid, universal pan, espresso cross support and LPG nozzle set are in the box; it arrives preset for natural gas. Built in Turkey by BSH, 80.6 kg, with a 5-year Bosch Egypt warranty and free installation.
