The BOYA BY-MM1 is a compact on-camera microphone that improves the sound of videos recorded with smartphones, DSLR cameras, camcorders, audio recorders and PCs. It uses an electret condenser capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern, a 35 Hz - 18,000 Hz frequency response and -42 dB sensitivity. The aluminium body weighs 86 g. It needs no battery and works as plug and play. The shock mount reduces vibration and handling noise, and the furry windshield lowers wind noise outdoors. Two output cables are included: a 3.5 mm TRRS cable for smartphones and tablets, and a coiled 3.5 mm TRS cable for cameras and recorders. Available at Radio Talaat with official warranty.
