The BOYA BY-SM80 is an on-camera microphone for recording clearer sound with video cameras. It mounts on the camera's hot shoe and picks up sound mainly from the direction the camera is pointing, which helps reduce noise from the sides and behind. It connects to the camera's microphone input and suits vlogs, interviews, event filming, short films and online video content. An external microphone records voices more clearly than the camera's built-in microphone, especially when the subject is a few meters away. The compact body is easy to carry in a camera bag with the rest of the kit. Available at Radio Talaat with official warranty.
