The Clage DEX12Next is the entry point to the German DEX Next platform, a 12 kW three-phase instantaneous heater for homes with a 380–400 V supply. It gives 4.5 litres a minute at a 28 °C rise, with electronic regulation from 20 to 60 °C and smartphone app control built in. Heating starts from 1.5 litres a minute, and the unit runs on a dedicated 50 A breaker with the specified 2.5 mm² cable. It comes with a 2-year local warranty.
