The Clage DEX NEXT is a German-built three-phase instantaneous heater for villas and large flats on a 380–400 V supply. Configured at 18 kW and selectable up to 27 kW at installation, it delivers 9.2 to 13.8 litres a minute at a 28 °C rise and regulates the outlet electronically between 20 and 60 °C. It runs on a dedicated 32 A breaker with 4 mm² cable and starts heating from 1.5 litres a minute. Supplied with a 2-year local warranty.
