The Ecomatic FS9304MDC is the flagship of the range: five SABAF Italian burners on a 90 cm stainless steel hob including a powerful triple-ring wok burner that spreads a strong, even flame, all under heavy cast iron pan supports rated for daily use with heavy pots, and a glass lid over the top. Advanced Italian safety valves shut the gas the moment a flame dies, on the hob, the oven and the grill. The oven is Ecomatic's largest gas cavity, with a convection fan for even cooking and good browning, a four-level stainless shelf holder, two lamps and a separate smart cooling fan that protects the panel during long sessions. Two independent knobs let the oven and the closed-door gas grill run together, and two rotisserie motors with two skewers turn two items at once.
