Fagor Built-in Deep Fryer, 30 cm, 2 Liters, MFEFR

The Fagor MFEFR is a 30 cm built-in electric deep fryer made in Italy. It is installed in the worktop as a domino module, so it can be placed next to a domino hob or a fry top to plan the cooking area you need. The oil tank holds 2 liters, which is enough for a small family meal of fries, chicken or fish. It works on electricity and does not need a gas connection. The oil temperature is set with a thermostat, so you can match the heat to the food you are frying. The frying basket lifts out of the oil to drain the food before serving.
