The Fresh Elite FR-4503RCL is a 45 liter countertop electric oven rated 2000 W, with four anti-rust stainless steel heating elements above and below the cavity and six rack levels to choose from. A circulation fan spreads the heat for even baking, the grill elements handle kofta and chicken pieces, and the rotisserie motor turns the supplied skewer so a whole chicken browns on every side. Six cooking settings and a thermostat adjustable from 100 to 250 °C cover everything from a tray of pastry to reheating leftovers. Control is by front rotary knobs with a 90 minute mechanical timer that rings at the end of cooking, backed by an interior lamp, an indicator light and a door alarm. The tempered glass door drops down on a cool-touch handle over an easy-clean enamelled cavity. Supplied with a rectangular tray, a stainless steel rack and a grilling fork.
