The Fresh Hammer 60 x 60 Digital Safety puts four graded gas burners on a full stainless steel hob — one rapid, two semi-rapid and one auxiliary — under heavy cast iron pan supports, so a big pot and a coffee pot work side by side without crowding. Automatic self-ignition lights the hob, the oven and the grill straight from the knob, and full safety flame-failure valves on every one of them cut the gas the moment a flame dies. The gas oven carries its own motorised gas grill and a rotisserie skewer behind a full glass door, with a digital timer on the panel to alert you at the end of cooking. There is no circulation fan in this version, so trays want turning halfway.
