The Fresh Matrix Digital 500016633 is a 60 x 60 cooker built around four Italian closed-chamber cup burners, graduated from a big fast burner down to a small one that holds a gentle simmer, sitting under cast iron pan supports on a stainless steel hob with a glass control panel. One-hand automatic ignition lights every burner plus the oven and grill, and full safety flame-failure protection covers all four burners, the oven and the grill. Inside, a hot-air fan distributes the heat for more even baking, a motorised gas grill with a rotisserie skewer takes care of chicken and kebab, and a digital timer with the thermostat sets the cooking time exactly, behind a full glass door. Mechanical knobs keep daily use simple. It comes with an oven tray, wire rack, skewer, glass hob lid, a warming drawer under the oven and levelling legs, in a full stainless body with a glass front.
