Fresh Italiano Cast Digital Gas Cooker, 80 cm, 5 Burners, Stainless Steel

The Fresh Italiano Cast Digital, model 500012094, is an 80 x 55 cm cooker with five gas burners: one large rapid, three medium semi-rapid and one small auxiliary, all from Fresh's 100% Italian cup-burner set with closed combustion chambers. The burners sit on a full stainless steel top under cast iron pan supports. Ignition is automatic on the hob, the oven and the grill, and full flame-failure safety shuts off the gas if a flame goes out anywhere on the cooker. Behind the full glass door is a large gas oven with a circulation fan for even baking, and a motor-driven gas grill in the roof that takes the rotisserie skewer for chicken. A digital timer sits in the centre of the fascia, while the burners, oven and grill are controlled by rotary knobs. A tray, a rack, a skewer and the LPG nozzle set are supplied. The body is full stainless steel on levelling legs, with a 5-year Fresh agent warranty. It suits a kitchen that cannot take a 90 cm cooker but still needs five burners, full safety and even baking.
