What lifts the GE-H102M above the ordinary three-candle heater is the wide-angle oscillation. Three quartz candles at 400 W each give 1200 W over three heat levels, and instead of aiming all of that at one point the head sweeps across a wide arc, so a whole seating area gets warmed rather than the one person sitting directly in front of it. Each candle has its own rocker switch for 400 W, 800 W and 1200 W, and the oscillation runs on a separate switch so you can lock it in place when you want the heat concentrated. The safety package is unusually complete for this price: a protective front mesh guard, a tip-over cut-off switch, overcurrent protection and a thermal fuse. Electrostatically powder-coated sheet steel with heat-resistant plastic trim, 35 cm wide, 16.5 cm deep and 65.5 cm tall, 1.5 kg net, supplied in assorted colours and rated for a room of about 15 m².
