The KOCOM KIP-304 is a wired indoor audio interphone unit for apartments, villas, offices and clinics. It supports clear two-way audio with an outdoor door panel, a lobby phone or a guardroom station, and lets residents call other indoor units on the same system. Up to three doorphones can be connected to one handset, which suits buildings with a main gate, a building entrance and a flat door, and it works with KOCOM six-line and eight-line multi-entry panels. A door open button releases the electric lock from inside. The unit is powered from the panel at DC 12 V plus or minus 1 V and consumes a maximum of 5 W, wired with a simple 3 plus n polarity cable. It measures 75 x 175 x 49.5 mm, weighs about 1 kg and mounts on the surface of the wall.
