The Eleganza Supremo is the top trim of La Germania's Egyptian line-up and you buy it for its hardware. Five 100% Italian brass burners fill a 90 cm stainless steel worktop, headed by the central double-ring wok burner rated across the Eleganza family at more than 4 kW, with full-width cast iron pan supports on top. The Italian safety system gives full flame failure on all five burners and the oven, and electronic ignition fires them one-handed. The gas oven is fan-forced with a cooling fan for the door and panel, five adjustable shelf positions and a warming drawer, and the same full-width Eleganza cavity is rated at 126 litres on the Eleganza Primo. The gas grill runs a motorised turnspit, and a timer with an end-of-cooking alarm is fitted.
