The heart of the La Germania Moderna Supremo 9M10G4A1X4AWW is its central double-ring wok burner, rated above 4 kW and made for the big pots Egyptian families cook in. Around it sit four more 100% Italian burners graded rapid, semi-rapid and auxiliary on a stainless worktop with cast iron supports and a black glass front. Full Italian flame-failure safety covers all five burners and the oven, with electronic ignition from the controls. The gas oven is fan-forced with five shelf positions and a warming drawer below, and a separate cooling fan keeps the door, handle and panel cool. The gas grill runs on a motorised turnspit with the door fully closed, so heat and smells stay inside, and a touch countdown timer with alarm sits on the glass panel. A mirror glass lid folds down over the burners when you finish. It arrives set for natural gas with two inlets; authorised service fits LPG injectors.
