When a full-width hob will not fit, a 30 cm domino will. The Ocean OEHF32I is a built-in electric module with two sealed solid hotplates, cast iron discs with the element bonded underneath, seated into a brushed stainless steel top. Each plate has its own knob with a stepped energy regulator, six numbered positions plus off, so settings repeat by feel.
