The Olympic OYG113WL is a wall-mounted instant gas water heater running on piped natural gas, sized for a flat where a shower and a kitchen tap are both in daily use. Its 17.4 kW burner and copper heat exchanger deliver 10 litres a minute at a 25 degree rise, while the flue routes combustion gases outside. Mechanical knobs set the outlet temperature, a flame failure device and an oxygen depletion sensor watch the burner, and a 1 year local warranty applies.
