The Purity HPT905S is a well-judged 90 cm five-burner hob for the local market: a genuine triple-ring wok burner, three medium burners and a small simmer burner, each on its own front knob, all under heavy-duty cast-iron grids that span the full width. The burners are sealed units built from Italian components with removable crowns, safety valves close the gas at the burner when a flame goes out, and electronic self-ignition is built into the knobs.
