A small passive indoor antenna with a weighted base, the type Egyptian households keep beside the television for terrestrial channels. The two telescopic rods handle the VHF band and the integrated element covers UHF, giving continuous coverage from 47 to 860 MHz, which spans everything Egypt's DVB-T2 network transmits as well as the older analogue channels.
