The Stiebel Eltron PHB24 is a tankless instant water heater for flats already wired for a 380-400 V three-phase supply, giving 24 kW of continuous output and 13.8 litres a minute at a 25 degree C rise. Heating is hydraulically controlled, starting within seconds of the tap opening once flow reaches 2 litres a minute, with no control board involved. A bare-wire element, IP25 splash-proof housing, overheat and dry-heating cut-outs and German manufacture sit behind a 2-year local warranty.
