The Thermoflow Elex12 is a German-made tankless heater for a family flat that needs hot water at more than one tap without waiting for a tank to recover. Twelve kilowatts on single-phase supply give 4 to 8 litres a minute at a 25 °C rise, chosen across nine heating levels plus an automatic mode and app control, from 30 to 55 °C.
