Unitex Column Speaker, 15 W, Black, UCOL-15W-IN

This Unitex 15 watt indoor column speaker is a slim wall mounted enclosure holding a vertical line of full range drivers. Because the drivers are stacked vertically the speaker throws sound forward into the room rather than up at the ceiling, which cuts reverberation and makes announcements far easier to understand in tiled prayer halls, school classrooms, government offices, clinics, corridors and reception areas. An internal line transformer lets it sit on a 100 volt or 70 volt distribution circuit, so many units can be looped from a single mixer amplifier using inexpensive two core cable, and the tapping is chosen to suit the room size. The metal bracket allows a downward tilt. Install roughly two and a half metres above floor level, keep speakers behind microphone positions, and confirm the total tapped load stays under the amplifier rating.
