The VGR V-001 is the brand's flagship salon clipper / and the red limited-edition finish is the version most barbers ask for. A 7000 RPM DC motor with a turbo boost drives a ceramic-and-steel blade set that cuts from 1.0 to 3.0 mm on the taper lever / so fades / bulk removal and clean neckline work all happen with one head. The LED panel is genuinely useful in a busy shop: it shows exact battery percentage / whether turbo is engaged / and whether the travel lock is on. A 4600 mAh battery gives up to 300 minutes of cutting from a 3.5-hour charge / which covers a full working day. Three combs / oil / a brush and a USB cable are included. Tip: oil the blade before each shift and store it with the travel lock on.
