The View Sound VCF-830 is the largest speaker in the frameless ceiling range, built around an 8-inch driver that gives noticeably fuller low frequencies than the 4-inch and 6-inch models. It runs on a 100 V line public address system with tappings of 30 and 15 watts, so a single amplifier can drive a mix of loud open areas and quieter rooms on the same pair of wires. The white grille finishes flush with the ceiling with no visible mounting frame, and the unit drops into a 209 mm cut-out and locks with spring clamps.
