View Sound Column Speaker, 40 W, Silver and Black, VCOA-4540

The View Sound VCOA-4540 is a wall-mounted slim aluminium column array, with in-line full-range drivers behind a perforated metal grille and a rigid extruded body that resists vibration built for constant-voltage public address work. Rated at 40 W RMS (100 V Line — Model Series Rating) and finished in silver and black, it is aimed at mosques, schools, hotel lobbies, showrooms and conference halls, where announcements, Quran recitation and background music have to stay intelligible over long distances and high ambient noise. A built-in matching transformer lets many units run in parallel from one mixer amplifier over long runs of ordinary two-core speaker cable. The rear screw terminal block simplifies tap selection and daisy-chaining, and the supplied swivel wall bracket lets the column be tilted down onto the listening area. Fit it above head height and keep it away from reflective facing walls for the best intelligibility.
