The White Whale WO-31A is a 30 Liter countertop electric oven finished in black, sized for small kitchens, flats and anyone who wants oven cooking without a gas connection. It plugs into a normal 220-240 V, 50 Hz socket and needs nothing more than a clear stretch of worktop. Electric elements above and below the 30 Liter cavity bake from underneath and brown from the top, so a tray of macarona or a batch of biscuits comes out properly cooked. Control is by rotary knobs with an adjustable thermostat and an automatic safety cut-off, and the full glass drop-down door lets you keep an eye on the food without losing heat. A baking tray and a wire rack are supplied in the box.
