The Modena Mirror is the most complete gas cooker Fresh builds at 90 cm. The hob carries five 100% Italian Sabaf closed-chamber cup burners in graduated sizes under cast iron pan supports, with a glass lid above and a mirror-finish glass front below, and full safety on all five burners plus the oven and grill cuts the gas the moment a flame goes out, with automatic ignition on hob, oven and grill. The oven is where it earns its price: a full-width 90 cm gas cavity with an Air Fryer air-circulation function and two fans, one for hot air inside, one cooling the panel, plus a motorised gas grill with a rotisserie skewer. The hydraulic door eases shut instead of slamming and its inner glass lifts out for cleaning, while a touch screen on the mirror panel handles the timer and functions.
