Fresh Modena Gas Cooker, 90 x 60 cm, 5 Burners, Full Safety, Touch Digital, Oven Fan + Cooling Fan, Hydraulic Door, Stainless Steel with Black Glass

The Fresh Modena, model 500011744, is the top 90 x 60 cm model in the range. Five 100% Italian Sabaf closed-chamber cup burners are graded across the full hob, from a large fast burner for a wide pot down to a small burner that holds a gentle simmer, all under cast iron pan supports on a stainless steel top with a black glass control panel. Full flame-failure safety covers the five burners as well as the oven and the grill, and ignition is automatic throughout. The gas oven runs two fans: one distributes hot air around the trays, and a separate cooling fan protects the control panel and the electronics. A motorised gas grill and a rotisserie skewer are fitted above. The hydraulic door closes softly and its inner glass is removable for cleaning, and a digital touch timer on the black glass panel sets the time while the burners keep ordinary knobs. A tray, a rack, a skewer, a glass lid, a warming drawer and adjustable legs are included. The cooker runs on cylinder gas and is converted to natural gas through Fresh service, with electricity used only for ignition, the fans and the display. Made in Egypt with Sabaf Italian burners and a 5-year Fresh agent warranty.
