The Fresh Modena 500011744 is the 90 x 60 flagship of the range: five 100% Italian Sabaf closed-chamber cup burners graded across the full hob, from a large fast burner for a wide pot down to a small one that holds a gentle simmer, all under cast iron pan supports on stainless steel with a black glass control panel. Full safety flame-failure protection covers all five burners plus the oven and grill, and ignition is automatic everywhere. The gas oven runs two fans, one spreading hot air around the trays and a separate cooling fan that protects the panel and the electronics, with a motorised gas grill and rotisserie skewer above. The hydraulic soft-close door has removable inner glass for cleaning, and a digital touch timer on the black glass screen sets the time while the burners keep ordinary knobs. Tray, rack, skewer, glass lid, warming drawer and levelling legs are included. Egyptian-built with Sabaf burners and a 5-year Fresh agent warranty.
