The JAC GND-382TR is the fan-assisted member of JAC's 38 litre countertop pair. A circulation fan moves the hot air around the cavity instead of letting it sit at the top, so a tray of chicken pieces browns evenly front to back, cakes rise without a burnt edge and you can bake at a slightly lower setting. Thirty-eight litres is enough for a full family tray, a small chicken or a batch of pastries. Everything is set from rotary controls on the front panel: heating mode, thermostat and timer, with no menus to learn. The oven runs from an ordinary 220–240 V, 50 Hz Egyptian socket, needs no gas line and no cabinetry work, and comes with a wire rack and a baking tray.
