Genuine Italian range-cooker construction: a mirror-polished AISI 304 stainless steel body and cooktop, with cast iron pan supports across the full width, which is what the /CI in the code means. The 90 cm Lofra Maxima gas hob this cooker is built on carries four conventional burners plus a central triple-crown wok burner, and Lofra publishes that platform at 1.10 kW auxiliary, 1.75 kW semi-rapid, two rapid burners at 2.80 kW each and 3.70 kW for the triple crown. One-hand ignition lights any burner from its knob, and Lofra Gas-Stop flame-failure devices are fitted on every burner and inside the oven. The XG96GVGI/CI has a fan-assisted gas oven with a fully independent gas grill burner on its own knob, a rotisserie turnspit for chicken, and a cooling fan behind the control panel. The drop-down door is triple-glazed with a removable inner pane. Wire shelf, enamelled tray, turnspit and the alternative injector set are included; the glass lid is an optional extra, so confirm it with the dealer.
