The Noor GS-FLS 1 S is a single-burner stainless steel gas plate that sits anywhere on the counter, connects to a cylinder with a hose and clip, and cooks one pot at a time. The frame and top panel are stainless steel, the burner has a single nickel-plated anti-rust pan support that lifts off for washing, and there is no electrical connection whatsoever, no cable, no socket and no battery. Be clear about what this model is. The plain S version is manual ignition, lit with a match or a gas lighter, and it has no flame-failure device, so if the flame is blown out or drowned by a boil-over the gas keeps flowing until you close the tap. The self-ignition sibling is coded GS-FLS 1 SI. It comes set for LPG cylinder gas and works on natural gas only with the right injector fitted by a technician.
