The Unionaire Oro Gusto BGM-P2C-511-IDSF-2W-GU is a 90 x 60 cooker that looks dearer than it is: a grey body with a black mirror-glass fascia over a rust-resistant inox cooktop, five burners with a large centre wok burner for the big pot, and cast iron pan supports right across the top. Automatic electric ignition covers the burners and the oven, so no lighter or matches are needed. The gas oven carries a fan that spreads heat through the cavity, a gas grill in the roof on its own control and a grill motor to turn the rotisserie, with a toughened glass door and a full-width window so you can watch without opening it. A digital timer with an LED display sits on the black glass panel. The tray and wire shelf travel inside the oven, and the technician fits the injectors for your supply, cylinder or natural gas.
