The Unionaire Multi Cook Smart stacks two separate full-width 90 cm gas ovens one above the other, each with its own grill and grill motor, so you can bake a tray of cake in one at a low setting while a chicken roasts in the other, at two different temperatures at the same time. For a big family, or during Ramadan, that is the difference between one sitting and three. Both ovens have an oven fan for even heat and doors built from two layers of toughened glass. The hob carries five gas burners with a large centre wok burner, cast iron supports across the stainless steel top, automatic ignition on the burners and both ovens, and full safety flame-failure cut-off on burners and ovens. The Smart Touch digital timer on the black glass panel actually shuts the gas off when the countdown ends.
