A full stainless steel 90 cm cooker with the pale mirror-glass Phantom front. The stainless cooktop takes five burners, two on the left, two on the right and a large dual-ring wok burner in the centre for the biggest pots, all under cast iron pan supports. Automatic electric ignition lights the burners and the oven, and full safety flame-failure cuts the gas on the burners and the oven the moment a flame goes out. It runs on cylinder LPG or Natural Gas, with the injectors fitted by the authorised Unionaire technician at installation. Inside the Phantom Control SS-GC-511-ICFS-FC-2W-AL is a full-width gas oven with a fan for even heat, an integrated grill driven by two grill motors that turn the skewer, and a knob that separates grill operation from the oven. The oven door glass is three layers to hold the heat in, the touch timer handles the gas separation settings, and the hinged mirror-glass lid doubles as a splashback.
