The VGR V-990 is a lightweight 147 g trimmer that behaves like a full-size machine. Its motor spins at up to 8000 RPM with a turbo function for dense or coarse hair / and the ceramic blade with DLC coating stays cool and sharp through long sessions. The adjustable trimming range of 0.5 to 4.5 mm in fine steps makes it easy to blend a fade or set a consistent beard length / while an LED spotlight lights up the area you are working on / useful for the back of the neck. A 2000 mAh battery gives 200 minutes of use and recharges over USB Type-C in about 2.5 hours / and it can also run corded. Tip: use the turbo mode only on thick sections and drop back to standard speed for blending.
