View Sound Ceiling Speaker, 100 V, White, VCS-603P

The View Sound VCS-603P is a passive in-ceiling loudspeaker built around a 6-inch full-range driver behind a white metal grille. It is the six-inch P-series model, sharing the same low-wattage 100 V tapping philosophy as the rest of the VCS ceiling range so it can be mixed freely with other VCS units on one line. It runs on a 100 V constant-voltage line, the standard distribution method for public address, so many units can share one pair of cables and a single mixer amplifier with almost no loss over long runs. The speaker drops into a round cut-out in a gypsum or mineral-fibre false ceiling and locks in place with spring dog-leg clamps, needing no separate frame. It suits offices, banks, clinics, hotel corridors, supermarkets, mosques and schools. Wiring is made on a rear screw terminal block.
