View Sound Ceiling Speaker, 6 W, White, VCS-602PC

The View Sound VCS-602PC is a passive in-ceiling loudspeaker built around a 6-inch full-range driver behind a white metal grille. It is rated 3 to 6 W on a 100 V input and needs an installation cut-out of 160 mm, which makes system design and ceiling marking straightforward. It runs on a 100 V constant-voltage line, the standard distribution method for public address, so many units can share one pair of cables and a single mixer amplifier with almost no loss over long runs. The speaker drops into a round cut-out in a gypsum or mineral-fibre false ceiling and locks in place with spring dog-leg clamps, needing no separate frame. It suits offices, banks, clinics, hotel corridors, supermarkets, mosques and schools. Wiring is made on a rear screw terminal block.
