This View Sound 10-inch subwoofer driver is a passive bass loudspeaker unit supplied on its own for fitting into a speaker cabinet. The large 10-inch cone moves plenty of air, so it delivers the deep low frequencies that give music, films and live events their weight, and it is the size most often chosen for home theatre subwoofer boxes, small stage monitors and shop or cafe sound systems. Being a low impedance driver it connects directly to the bass output of a mixer amplifier, home theatre receiver or dedicated subwoofer amplifier through simple two-wire terminals on the frame. Technicians at Radio Talaat also use it as a replacement part when the original woofer in a cabinet has burned out, saving the cost of a complete new enclosure.
