نحن نلتزم بتوفير تجربة تسوق مرضية لجميع عملائنا. توضح هذه السياسة شروط الإرجاع والاسترداد للمنتجات المشتراة من خلال متجرنا الإلكتروني.
1. سياسة الإرجاع
- يمكنك طلب إرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم مع جميع الملحقات والتغليف الأصلي.
- بعض المنتجات لا تقبل الإرجاع مثل المنتجات الصحية أو الشخصية أو إذا كانت مخصصة حسب الطلب.
2. كيفية تقديم طلب إرجاع
للبدء بعملية الإرجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف وتقديم رقم الطلب وصورة للمنتج (إن أمكن).
3. تكاليف الشحن للإرجاع
- في حالة وجود خطأ من جانبنا أو منتج تالف، سنتحمل جميع تكاليف الشحن.
- في الحالات الأخرى، يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع.
4. سياسة الاسترداد
- بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سنقوم بإرسال إشعار إليك بنتيجة الموافقة أو الرفض.
- إذا تمت الموافقة، سيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7-14 يوم عمل.
- قد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ المسترد في حسابك حسب البنك أو جهة إصدار البطاقة.
